Shipping, refunds and returns

$9 flat rate for US Customers under $99. Domestic orders over $99 ship free via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Our default carrier option is Priority Mail - which takes 2-3 business days to arrive (on average).

Packages usually arrive 5-10 business days after an order is placed.  USPS Priority generally take 2-3 business days to arrive, but travel times have been longer of late due to demand increase and COVID-19-related issues. We are not responsible for delays nor lost packages. We are happy to help you track your package but we will not replace nor refund unless the shipping error is on us.

STOLEN PACKAGES: Please track your package by signing up for alerts. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier i.e. USPS or UPS for GPS tracking or to file a claim or file a police report. We will not be responsible nor replace any packages marked "Delivered". 


All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds and we do not offer exchanges after 14 days of original purchase date.


Note: The purchase of an E-Gift Card and/or a Subscription Candle Club and/or Scent Samplers is final sale and will not be eligible for a return.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your product, you should email to initiate process. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.
